Positive Perspectives
Confidence and Self-Esteem
Wins, as well as receiving compliments, are extremely important to building confidence and self-esteem. But what happens if you fall short or nobody says anything?

Having the ability to being able to say "I tried" instead of "I failed" and truly believing yourself when you say "I'm proud of who I am", will lead you to a life filled with joy.
Communication and Leadership
Have you ever heard the saying
"try walking a mile in someone else's shoes"?
The perspective you are viewing is not always going to be your own.

An overlooked aspect of being able to lead a group, or be part of a group, is truly understanding who is next to you and knowing how to work with everyone's strengths.
Motivation and Growth
Change isn't something you see immediately & because of that, you can quickly lose motivation towards your goals when you don't see anything happening.

Being able to differentiate a race versus a marathon and see the little victories and progress before the ribbon ceremony will help get you past the finish line.
